Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been dispatched. You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
Why do I have to register online for an account with you?
When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process. You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal account area by clicking on My Account.
I don't understand how to prepare a file for printing - what can I do?
Simply contact us and we will endeavour to give you simple instructions - without technical jargon - to ensure your files are ready to print perfectly.
IMPORTANT If you are in doubt about your files - always contact us BEFORE you start work - it's much better than having to amend or alter your files at a later stage.
I want to use an image in my printed piece - can I use the one from a web site?
Generally the answer is NO. Often images prepared for websites are of low resolution - ideal for displaying to their best advantage on screen. They will not print well. You need images of at least 300 dpi.
